Restaurant Law Being Ignored

In February of this year, Thailand’s Public Health Ministry imposed a law that makes it illegal to advertise alcohol.
 
Now, the Public Health Ministry is cracking down on violators, namely, restaurant owners who promote alcohol beverages on their menus.
 
It is also against the law to offer free coupons for alcohol or offer discounts on cover charges [...]
