Bangkok Loves Euro 2008

Due to the time difference in Asia, Euro 2008 viewing is a late-night activity. Matches begin at 11 pm and can go until 3 am or later.

It’s great to watch a game in a pub, but the bars close at 1 am, with the hotel bars staying open until 2 am. However, not all the night spots are showing the games.

McDonald’s has come to the rescue to those who don’t want to sit home and watch the games alone, by showing them in  a number of selected  locations.

In addition to just burgers and wings, there’s a McCafe inside the standard burger location to provide coffee and other caffeine loaded beverages as an alternative to soda.

Plus, there’s a crowd of fans that makes making the games more fun in Bangkok.
